I’m a Master of Social Work (MSW) practitioner and Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families through times of challenge, change, and growth. I bring both professional and lived experience to this work. As a foster caregiver and a parent of children with high support needs, I understand the layered realities and emotional landscape of complex caregiving, and I understand the deep love, persistent advocacy, and profound resilience it requires. My own experiences with adversity growing up also shape the way I show up in this work—with empathy, humility, and deep respect.
I’m a certified Narrative Therapist and CBT Therapist, and I’m currently expanding my work through training in Expressive Arts Therapy and Somatic Experiencing to offer a more holistic, body-based approach to healing. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and neurodiversity-affirming. Together, we create a space that feels safe and curious.
In our work, I weave together my experience and training to support clients in deepening awareness, processing experiences, and reconnecting with their sense of self and possibility. Together, we work toward building a sense of safety, agency, and meaning that can sustain healing long after therapy ends.

Who She Is
Registered Provisional Psychologist
Brittany is a down-to-earth, relational therapist who brings compassion, clarity, and honesty to her work. Her approach is warm, relaxed, and non-judgmental—overall, pretty chill. She’s not the type to sit back silently, but she won’t push before you’re ready either. Her style is real and collaborative: she’ll meet you where you are, help you slow things down, and gently challenge you when it’s needed.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy—that’s what this space is for. Brittany’s goal is to create a space where you can show up as yourself, without pressure or pretense. She believes that healing begins when we feel truly seen, just as we are, and that you don’t need to be “fixed” to be supported.
Her work is shaped not just by professional training but by lived experience—both in and outside the therapy chair. That perspective helps her stay grounded, human, and connected to the process she builds with each client.
Who She Works With
Brittany works with people in the messy middle—times of transition, uncertainty, or disconnection.
She supports:
-
Teens figuring out who they are
-
Adults feeling stuck, burnt out, or disconnected
-
Partners of first responders who carry invisible emotional weight
-
Civilian members of emergency services who hold things together behind the scenes but don’t always feel seen
Whether you’re navigating identity, grief, trauma, or the quiet exhaustion of keeping it all together, this is a space to slow down and make sense of it. Together, you’ll sort through the noise and find a way forward that feels right for you.
Brittany is trained in EMDR and draws from Person-Centered Therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), ACT, and EFT.
She offers in-person sessions in Edmonton and virtual sessions for clients located in Alberta.
