I’m a Master of Social Work (MSW) practitioner and Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families through times of challenge, change, and growth. I bring both professional and lived experience to this work. As a foster caregiver and a parent of children with high support needs, I understand the layered realities and emotional landscape of complex caregiving, and I understand the deep love, persistent advocacy, and profound resilience it requires. My own experiences with adversity growing up also shape the way I show up in this work—with empathy, humility, and deep respect.
I’m a certified Narrative Therapist and CBT Therapist, and I’m currently expanding my work through training in Expressive Arts Therapy and Somatic Experiencing to offer a more holistic, body-based approach to healing. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and neurodiversity-affirming. Together, we create a space that feels safe and curious.
In our work, I weave together my experience and training to support clients in deepening awareness, processing experiences, and reconnecting with their sense of self and possibility. Together, we work toward building a sense of safety, agency, and meaning that can sustain healing long after therapy ends.

Who She Is
Jessica is on leave and not currently accepting new clients
Jessica is a Mental Health Therapist who brings warmth, curiosity, and authenticity into her work. Her approach is down-to-earth and relationship-focused, offering a space that feels both supportive and real.
Jessica values collaboration and believes that therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. Her goal is to meet clients where they are, helping them move toward clarity, connection, and growth at their own pace.
She believes healing happens through understanding—of ourselves, our experiences, and the stories we carry. Her work is compassionate, insightful, and non-judgmental, grounded in the belief that we don’t need to be “fixed” to be supported.
Who She Works With
Jessica works with teens and adults who are navigating:
- Anxiety, stress, and burnout
- Grief and loss
- Relationship challenges and communication difficulties
- Identity exploration and life transitions
- The impacts of trauma
- Developmental trauma
She draws from approaches such as EMDR, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy), and Person-Centered Therapy.
Jessica offers virtual sessions across Alberta and in-person therapy in Edmonton.

Brittany is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who works with teens and adults navigating stress, life transitions, and the quiet pressure of being the one who holds everything together.
Many of the people she works with are used to being the strong one, showing up for everyone else while quietly carrying a lot themselves. This includes partners of first responders and civilian members working in emergency services, who often hold significant pressure behind the scenes but don’t always feel seen in it.
What therapy might look like
Brittany’s approach is collaborative, grounded, and honest. She isn’t the type to sit back silently, but she also won’t push before you’re ready. Therapy here is a space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and figure out what support might actually look like for you.
